Paper label sticker is made of sticker paper material. This sticker is not waterproof, can be easily shaken but we can write on it using pencil, ballpoint, or marker. The paper label sticker can print small text, has a solid and soft color.

Existing design file must be in digital format, then size file should be 100% same as order. We will print based on your order.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

One Day Service (ODS)

1 Working Day (order today, we will send it the next day) will be charged additional fee IDR 16 per 1x1 cm for Stickers Product. The cut off time for ODS is we received the payment confirmation before 2.00 pm. After the cut off time we consider the order is placed on the next day.
Production time:

Production time 3-5working days. Production time is counted after we confirm the confirmation payment. If we receive the confirmation before 2.00 pm we will process the order on that day. But if we receive it after 2.00 pm we will process it on the next day.
Working day is Monday to Friday except public holiday. For Eid Mubarak and Year End public holiday we will inform our closing date earlier before the holiday.

Things to be noticed before ordering

We will not receive any complain if the result is not as you expected. We highly recommend ordering a sample before the bulk order.
We suggest that you can provide the good quality picture file that meets our requirements to avoid the bad resolution picture result
For rubber printing if the design is tiny, it is compulsory to provide us the design that complete with the stroke line so that we can do pressing and cutting the rubber. We will not responsible for the result if you don't provide the stroke line.
Please provide us the design file with dimension that is equal to the dimension that you expect on the final result to avoid any mistake.

Data File Type for Production

We highly recommend you to provide JPG/PNG file type.
If the data you are sending is going to be edited, inform our admin or write a note on the web so we can help editing the design.
File design resolution: 150dpi/inch.
We use Dropbox to take the data so we recommend you to make Dropbox account (www.dropbox.com). Why Dropbox? Our system is directly integrated with Dropbox. We prefer Dropbox because of its unlimited upload and download speed so downloading and uploading are faster.

Item Returning

Time limitation for item returning is 2 days after the items received/taken with damaged condition caused by the production. Return process uses JNE Reguler from order address.

Item that can be returned:

The cutting is not precision
The size of the stickers are not in accordance with the order
The design that are printed is not in accordance with the order
The lamination of the stickers is not in accordance with the order

Item that can NOT be returned:

The color is different between the display in monitor and printing result (we suggest to order the sample before the bulk order)
The bad print result because of the file was not good or not proper
Rough print result because the file resolution is too small

Duration of Production

Duration of production is 3-5 business day. Duration of production is counted after the transfer confirmation is received. If the confirmation received before 14.00 o’clock, the process will be run on that day. After 14.00 o’clock process is counted start from tomorrow.
Business day means Monday to Friday, not including national holiday or mass leave holiday. For Eid Fitri and end of the year holiday, we always inform before the holiday dates.

Drop-ship System Procedure

Custom.co.id system is designed to support drop-ship system.
Register as a member to start drop-shipping because your membership has function as sender name and address when running a drop-ship.
For delivery to the customer: submit customer data on order page. On the delivery sheet, what will be written are your name and address as seller and customer as the receiver. Custom.co.id name will not be shown.

Delivery performed using service from JNE Jakarta. Fee can be checked at www.jne.co.id
For picking up using Go-Jek you should attach order number.
For direct pickup, make sure to confirm before visiting custom.co.id office.
