STICKER SHEETS

Sticker Sheet is the combination of some picture sticker merged into one sheet. Each picture will be cut one by one and can be easily picked and paste. Usual sheet size are A5, A4, or custom size.

You can insert any pictures into one sticker sheet as long as not really tight between one picture and another. Sticker sheet is suitable for the ones who want to sell sticker.

Simply give your design, we will print your sticker and packaged in the size you want. Commonly used for events, playgroup, community, etc. The sticker will be received in a small sheet with size per sheet based on what you order. Inside the sticker sheet, the sticker has been cut one by one. The sticker is scratch resistant, waterproof, and weatherproof.

Difference Lamination Glossy and Matte/Doff

Glossy lamination, giving the effect of a shiny surface, the color stickers brighter and look more lighter. If sticker seen from another angles will look shiny of the laminate, there are some products that require results of this shiny surface and some unnecessary.

Matte/Doff Lamination, giving the effect of not shiny surface, the color will be more soft. If stickers sticker seen from another angle will not be shiny at all.

File Size?

Existing design file must be in digital format, then size file should be 100% same as order. We will print based on your order.

Types of File?

For sticker die cut , better use PNG file with transparent background, the shape of sticker will make based on the file you uploaded. If the file you send in JPEG format so the colors of the background will be printed. And the shape of sticker will be in square shape.

Difference Size

We will print the sticker based on the uploaded files. If there is any difference of size, we will use one of the longest size as a reference to produce images comparable.

Matte/Doff Lamination, giving the effect of not shiny surface, the color will be more soft. If stickers sticker seen from another angle will not be shiny at all.

Resolution File?

What is definition of resolution file?? Resolution files are usually called DPI (Dots per Inch) or PPI (Pixels per inch). Which is the number of dots in an image. If the number of dots in one of the pictures a lot, then it will get better results. For the best result of print so the file for print minimum print file has a resolution of 150-300 dpi maximum file print is 2MB. If the image you want to print is not based on standard resolution, then the result will be less a good or blur. We accept files in JPEG or PNG. We do not edit the picture again, we will print a sticker in accordance with the file submitted.

CMYK or RGB?

Color image file being sent should be as CMYK (Cyan Magenta Yellow Black). If the images are sent to other color formats such as RGB (Red Green Blue), we will process it by changing the color format into a CMYK form. Color settings from RGB to CMYK which makes the result of a different color. Normally RGB colors are used for the color on the monitor screen while the CMYK used in printing results.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

One Day Service (ODS)

1 Working Day (order today, we will send it the next day) will be charged additional fee IDR 16 per 1x1 cm for Stickers Product. The cut off time for ODS is we received the payment confirmation before 2.00 pm. After the cut off time we consider the order is placed on the next day.
Production time:

Production time 3-5working days. Production time is counted after we confirm the confirmation payment. If we receive the confirmation before 2.00 pm we will process the order on that day. But if we receive it after 2.00 pm we will process it on the next day.
Working day is Monday to Friday except public holiday. For Eid Mubarak and Year End public holiday we will inform our closing date earlier before the holiday.

Things to be noticed before ordering

We will not receive any complain if the result is not as you expected. We highly recommend ordering a sample before the bulk order.
We suggest that you can provide the good quality picture file that meets our requirements to avoid the bad resolution picture result
For rubber printing if the design is tiny, it is compulsory to provide us the design that complete with the stroke line so that we can do pressing and cutting the rubber. We will not responsible for the result if you don't provide the stroke line.
Please provide us the design file with dimension that is equal to the dimension that you expect on the final result to avoid any mistake.

Data File Type for Production

We highly recommend you to provide JPG/PNG file type.
If the data you are sending is going to be edited, inform our admin or write a note on the web so we can help editing the design.
File design resolution: 150dpi/inch.
We use Dropbox to take the data so we recommend you to make Dropbox account (www.dropbox.com). Why Dropbox? Our system is directly integrated with Dropbox. We prefer Dropbox because of its unlimited upload and download speed so downloading and uploading are faster.

Item Returning

Time limitation for item returning is 2 days after the items received/taken with damaged condition caused by the production. Return process uses JNE Reguler from order address.

Item that can be returned:

The cutting is not precision
The size of the stickers are not in accordance with the order
The design that are printed is not in accordance with the order
The lamination of the stickers is not in accordance with the order

Item that can NOT be returned:

The color is different between the display in monitor and printing result (we suggest to order the sample before the bulk order)
The bad print result because of the file was not good or not proper
Rough print result because the file resolution is too small

Duration of Production

Duration of production is 3-5 business day. Duration of production is counted after the transfer confirmation is received. If the confirmation received before 14.00 o’clock, the process will be run on that day. After 14.00 o’clock process is counted start from tomorrow.
Business day means Monday to Friday, not including national holiday or mass leave holiday. For Eid Fitri and end of the year holiday, we always inform before the holiday dates.

Drop-ship System Procedure

Custom.co.id system is designed to support drop-ship system.
Register as a member to start drop-shipping because your membership has function as sender name and address when running a drop-ship.
For delivery to the customer: submit customer data on order page. On the delivery sheet, what will be written are your name and address as seller and customer as the receiver. Custom.co.id name will not be shown.

Delivery performed using service from JNE Jakarta. Fee can be checked at www.jne.co.id
For picking up using Go-Jek you should attach order number.
For direct pickup, make sure to confirm before visiting custom.co.id office.
