KIDS TSHIRT

Custom.co.id provide Cotton 20s and Gildan 76000B kids size short sleeve t-shirt with an o-neck collar. Both are made of high-quality material which has a soft texture and absorbs sweats that makes it comfortable to be worn. The collaboration of not fading color when it is washed and neat yet strong stitching make them durable.

Cotton 20s has 20s thickness (180 - 220 gr/m2). Strong overlock stitching on the shoulder, fabric line(BIS) on the collar creates an exclusive look, and inner side also neatly overlocked. Kids cotton 20s t-shirt designed without mark label. Available mark labeling service only for Custom.co.id member.

Meanwhile, Gildan 76000B has 180 g/m2 (5,3 oz per sq yd) gramation. Kids Gildan 76000B uses overlocked stitching on the shoulder and the collar, double stitching on the down edges and sleeve edges, collar with 1.5cm size stitched single and neat gives an exclusive look, and stitching on the sides are also neat and strong.

Ink Type

NeoPigment non-white is a type of printing involving white color ink with soft and blended (absorbs) in to the t-shirt with design color which will be affected by the t-shirt material. Print result is safe to be ironed.

Printing will be based by color white ink before printed by other color ink and color is not be affected by material color. The print result does not absorb in to the material and has a thick feel when it is touched.

More solid print result color and brighter color which does not absorb in to the material, high-quality rubber which is flexible and a little bit elastic, the print result cannot be ironed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

One Day Service

1 business day (Order today, delivered tomorrow) is charged with additional cost Rp. 10.000/pc for neopigment and rubber printing type. Additional cost Rp 15.000/pc for ODS full print. ODS cut off time is payment confirmation received before 14.00 o’clock. Payment confirmation which is received after 14.00 o’clock is considered to be tomorrow ODS.

Things to be noticed before ordering

Order with a large number is recommended to make a sample first. Any complaints will not be followed up if you do not make a sample.
Do not change the full print pattern size provided on the website. If it is proven not according to our authentic size, any complaint forms cannot be followed up. (Full print)
To avoid cracked printing design resolution, we recommend customer to provide the image with our printing standard.
For rubber printing process with a too small design, the customer must provide stroke line so in order to process of pressing and cutting rubber can be run, if there is no stroke line we are not responsible for the design result.
To avoid any mistakes on design printing dimension and print area, submit details of size dimension and print area in system order note.

Print Only Procedure

If there is a mistake when the printing is performed (stain spots, folded t-shirt, unexpected print result), we replace by reprinting with condition t-shirt is provided by the customer.
If you want to print with your own t-shirt, make sure the t-shirt has no hole, damaged, stain, etc. because we cannot accept complaints related to the fabric quality.

Data File Type for Production

We highly recommend you to provide JPG/PNG file type.
If the data you are sending is going to be edited, inform our admin or write a note on the web so we can help editing the design.
For full print type, use Image Mode - RGB Colour aligned to our printing machine criteria. If the sent file is CMYK, we are not responsible for the different color between the printing result and your design.
File design resolution: 150dpi/inch.
We use Dropbox to take the data so we recommend you to make Dropbox account (www.dropbox.com). Why Dropbox? Our system is directly integrated with Dropbox. We prefer Dropbox because of its unlimited upload and download speed so downloading and uploading are faster.

Item Returning

Time limitation for item returning is 2 days after the items received/taken with damaged condition caused by the production. Return process uses JNE Reguler from order address.

Damages which can be claimed:

Received t-shirt size surpasses toleration limit, lack or more than 2-3 cm from the website’s size.
Exfoliated and skewed print result.
Printed design is not the same with the one sent to order system.
Full print t-shirt stitching is in wrong position.

Damages which cannot be claimed:

For t-shirt brought by the client, broken print result because of damaged material is not our responsibility.
The color on monitor and print result color is different (test printing is recommended).
Cracked print result caused by bad data file
Pattern dimension size is different with what we provide on the website (Full-print).
There is no clear detail of printing size and printing area.

Why is the print result color with design color on the computer different?

Duration of Production

Duration of production is 3-5 business day. Duration of production is counted after the transfer confirmation is received. If the confirmation received before 14.00 o’clock, the process will be run on that day. After 14.00 o’clock process is counted start from tomorrow.
Business day means Monday to Friday, not including national holiday or mass leave holiday. For Eid Fitri and end of the year holiday, we always inform before the holiday dates.

Drop-ship System Procedure

Custom.co.id system is designed to support drop-ship system.
Register as a member to start drop-shipping because your membership has function as sender name and address when running a drop-ship.
For delivery to the customer: submit customer data on order page. On the delivery sheet, what will be written are your name and address as seller and customer as the receiver. Custom.co.id name will not be shown.

Delivery Process

Delivery performed using service from JNE Jakarta. Fee can be checked at www.jne.co.id
The weight of each material is different. Average 1 kg is able to cover 4-5 pcs t-shirt. Automatically counts the delivery cost.
For picking up using Go-Jek you should attach order number.
For direct pickup, make sure to confirm before visiting custom.co.id office.
